Little House in the Big Woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder (2017)

This is a beautiful edition from one of our favorite authors here at the Emporium! This 2017 printing of Little House in the Big Woods, the first in the Little House series by Laura Ingalls Wilder. This book was rescued at a local used bookstore, but it is brand new. The spine is still very stiff, and other than a tiny pin-sized mark on the back cover, it is in pristine condition.  The hardback cover is beautiful, the torn edges of the page are a nice touch, and I adore the forward by Laura Bush.  This would be the perfect give for a young reader who still hasn't discovered this timeless series.
