note from the maker: This set of painted quilt squares was the first item I created in my barely unpacked studio after our last military family move. I was missing my sewing machine, which was still on it's way with most of our furniture, so I "stitched" together these on a space between boxes. It always feels good to get back to work after a move, and the first piece I create is always special.  -Becky
